FAQs
Where is Pipinui Point and how do we get there?
Pipinui Point is a private, luxury accommodation just 30 minutes from Wellington City. We can arrange Executive Private Transport with a local driver, or you’re welcome to self-drive. For something unforgettable, helicopter transfers can also be arranged.
How many nights should we stay?
We recommend you stay for at least two or three nights. This allows you plenty of time to explore the surrounding property and make the most of the unique experiences.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in: 3pm. Check-out: 11am.
Where possible, we’ll try to accommodate alternate timings. Groups of four are kindly asked to depart by 10.30am to allow our team time to change over.
What kitchen facilities are provided?
A fully equipped kitchenette with gas cooktop, microwave, fridge, oven, Weber BBQ, dishwasher and all cookware and utensils.
Is there mobile reception or Wi-Fi?
Yes - there is both mobile reception and free Wi-Fi.
What should we bring?
Warm layers and sturdy footwear if you plan to explore, swimwear for the clifftop hot tub, and food for lunch and dinner if you prefer self-catering. Don’t forget a camera for those sunsets.
Can we bring our own food and beverages?
Breakfast is included. For other meals you’re welcome to bring your own, or order from our Eat + Drink options.
Do you allow children at Pipinui Point?
Due to our remote, clifftop location, guests’ children must be 12 years or older for health and safety reasons.
